Seasonal Part-Time Fuel Dock Attendant

Pelican Fuels

2-5 hours daily (more with the summer season)

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Daily fuel inventory, reconciliation, fuel invoices, and till count sheet.

  • Keep both Pelican Fuels entry doors and Tank Farm gates locked at all times which you are not in the office, and during off-hours.

  • Main power switch at the Tank Farm must be turned on prior to opening and turned off after closing.

  • Keep fuel header spill basins cleaned and dried.

  • Be familiar with regulations and plans for Pelican Fuels.

  • Being present at all fuel dispensing, including Diesel #1 and Diesel #2, at Bulk Fuel Station.

  • Keep Pelican Fuels free of garbage and put garbage out on pickup days.

  • Fill diesel tanks owned by the city or contracted customers.

  • Regular scheduled fuel tank level checks.

  • Must be able to lift and reel in fuel hoses and/or up to 50lbs.

  • Fuel Dock Attendant reports to Harbormaster.
